Nice comfortable room, close to everything, the pool was great.

The room was spacious, and the housekeeping service maintained a high standard of cleanliness.

There was no water in the room for one day, and when service resumed, the water was dirty. The hotel also failed to provide drinking water upon request, which was disappointing.

I like the location and the view

The is only one left working in the building One time the water was not flowing for 2 hours The room was small and there was no storage place for the luggage It was noisy in night time

Hotel stay was good until there night gentleman receptionist's scame is not unfold.

I rented the Taxi through the Hotel and paid for 2.30am when I checked out at 2am, and I told them I am sitting in lobby at ground floor, let me know when taxi will ready to go. Around 2.13am their (hotel) door keeper guy came to me and said my taxi is ready to go. When I reached at the Airport that driver asked me full payment, I called the hotel the receptionist guy was very rude to me and said my fault, because I took the wrong taxi, and Hotel will not refund my money, he did not want to listen that the door keeper who is their employee everyday there put me in that taxi. This is a clear Scam by hotel employees.

Located near the beach with an incredible view if you’re willing to pay the price.

Breakfast was not good so go elsewhere. Hotel Price was very high!

The bed felt like I was sleeping on rocks. The TV had bad speakers, couldn't understand the voices

The pillows were uncomfortable. The bathroom was very inconvenient to use—the shower water stream was directed toward the wall instead of downward and could not be adjusted. The fitness center was extremely limited, with only two pieces of equipment available. For a hotel of this size, having only two elevators resulted in excessive wait times. Additionally, the hotel required a cash-only deposit, which was inconvenient as we did not have sufficient cash at the time. What may have once been considered a fancy hotel now operates more like a hostel.

Cleanliness. Location.

Rooms are smaller than advertised. Pool area does not match the vibe in pictures.

Location was OK. The pool was nice. One or two of the staff were very nice.

Each morning at the bathroom smelled like it was backed up and smelled like raw sewage.

The location. The view and it is a new hotel + very clean.

Not much, a little bit of noise but not very long in the morning because of renovation work on the upper floors.

Clean, good design. That’s the only good thing about this hotel.

Horrible stuff. Starting from manager ending to the receptionist people. Also they say it’s 4 star hotel, nobody is gonna help you with the luggage on entrance, only they bring it to the room. Even id you’re staying one night and payed for it , they will require u to give them 1000 baht deposit , and if you say you don’t have cash (they want cash) they gonna take your passport until u bring it to them, otherwise you can stay in the other hotel. Ok, asked for my passport scan cuz I needed it for work purpose, they told me they are busy now, they will make it in 30 mins. Ok. After 1 hour I call them, they said we will send you now, nothing. After 1 more hour I call them again, they told me that they have sent , but I didn’t receive it and I shall email them to send again. Ok I did emailed them. 1 more hour left - nothing. I went downstairs and asked if it’s them email, they confirmed. When I started shouting , they told that they have sent me couple of times. But once I told them to send again on my eyes miracle has happened and I received it the same second. On the same email which they were sending it many times before. Liars, lazy, and not service oriented people at all. Breakfast wasn’t good as well. So 4 star hotel is just a stars in booking.

Stayed here 3 nights and unfortunately i paid in advance. That was a mistake. The worst service at the reception and from manager I've ever experienced from a hotel. Absolutely rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend at all. Breakfast service manager was always on their phone and not paying attention to customers.Power points in the room didn't work.Do not go here...

Rooms without one place storage, lack of electricity, very meager breakfast and not justifies the pric

Probably the worst Hotel I have stayed in Pattaya and I have stayed in many hotels in Pattaya. Cold showers, no water pressure. Cockroaches in the room. Front office Manager was not interested in changing rooms when I asked. Hotel was so empty that breakfast buffet was closed most days.

Lack of English speaking , and members of staff not knowing basic hotel recption duties.Do have to point out that someone had been in safe , this was a huge deal , so to be frank the hotels do have a override four digits and all staff must know of this , and my after was a lot weaker , this is maybe water been add after the perfume been removed
